The MRCOOL® Universal® Series 30K Air Handler is designed to deliver dependable comfort and energy-saving performance for homes that demand efficient climate control. Whether you're upgrading from an outdated system or installing new HVAC equipment, this air handler offers a perfect balance of reliability, versatility, and long-term value.
Its flexible multi-position design supports upflow, downflow, and horizontal installations, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. The compact footprint allows the unit to fit easily into tight or unconventional spaces such as closets, attics, or mechanical rooms.
For a streamlined installation process, the 30K Air Handler is fully compatible with the optional MRCOOL® NO-VAC® Quick Connect® line set. This pre-charged system eliminates the need for vacuuming or flaring, saving time and labor. The unit is also designed to work with MRCOOL® Universal® Series Heat Kits, which enhance heating output in colder climates and provide emergency backup heating when needed.
Inside, a space-saving M-shaped evaporator coil increases the surface area for improved heat exchange and airflow. Constructed entirely from 100% aluminum, the coil is corrosion-resistant and built for long-term durability. Quiet operation ensures minimal disruption, making the unit suitable for installation near bedrooms and living spaces.
