Accepted Payments
HVAC Commercial accepts the following forms of payment:
- Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Debit cards
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- ACH Direct Debit
- Shop Pay
Cash, checks, money orders, and wire transfers are not accepted. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Payment Security
All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, third-party payment processors including Shopify Payments and PayPal. HVAC Commercial does not store, transmit, or have access to your full credit card or banking details. Your payment information is encrypted and handled entirely by our payment processors in accordance with industry security standards.
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. For orders requiring staged payments or deposits, payment terms will be communicated prior to order confirmation. If a payment is declined or reversed, HVAC Commercial reserves the right to cancel the associated order.
Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Estimated total delivery time is 4–12 business days from the date of order, depending on your location and the shipping method required for your equipment.
