HVAC Commercial LLC ships commercial HVAC equipment and related products to business customers, contractors, and commercial buyers throughout the contiguous United States. 1. Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method. Our fulfillment process begins immediately upon receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@hvaccommercial.com.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Destinations
HVAC Commercial ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or international addresses. Freight orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Orders $500 and over receive free shipping. The applicable shipping rate for orders under $500 is displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and destination of your order. No hidden fees are added after checkout.
5. Shipping Methods
The shipping method used for your order is determined by the size and weight of the item:
- Smaller and lighter items are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground service. Estimated transit time is 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Large or heavy commercial equipment is shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier. The specific carrier varies by order and vendor. Standard delivery for freight shipments is curbside — the carrier delivers to the curb or end of your driveway. Estimated transit time is 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

6. Transit Times
Standard transit times are 5–7 business days from the date of shipment for both courier and freight deliveries. Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather events, supply chain conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. HVAC Commercial is not liable for carrier-caused delays.
7. Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@hvaccommercial.com so we can investigate promptly.
8. Freight Shipment Inspection — Important
All freight deliveries must be inspected before you sign the carrier’s delivery receipt. This step is critical for protecting your ability to file a freight damage claim.
- Inspect the outer packaging and the item for any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy before signing.
- If damage is found, note it specifically and clearly on the delivery receipt before signing. Do not sign a clean receipt for a damaged shipment.
- Take dated photographs of all packaging and any damage before moving the item.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@hvaccommercial.com with your photos and order number.
Do not refuse delivery unless the item is catastrophically damaged and unusable. Unauthorized refusals may result in return freight fees charged to the customer. Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery may affect your ability to file a claim or receive a replacement.
9. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier. HVAC Commercial is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after the item has been transferred to the carrier. We strongly recommend inspecting all shipments thoroughly upon delivery as described in Section 8.
