The MRCOOL® VersaPro® Series 42K Package Heat Pump is engineered to handle demanding year-round climate control in a single, compact unit. With a 13.4 SEER2 rating, the VersaPro® 42K helps lower energy costs and reduce environmental impact. It uses R-454B refrigerant, which provides excellent heating and cooling efficiency with a much lower global warming potential than older refrigerants.
The system's power-painted galvanized steel cabinet shields components from weather and corrosion, while its horizontal discharge design allows quieter operation—ideal for residential properties with space or noise restrictions. Inside, aluminum tubing and fin coils enhance heat transfer and offer better corrosion resistance than copper, reducing maintenance needs and extending service life.
