The MRCOOL® Signature Series TruInverter™ 36K BTU 230V Multi-Position Air Handler is designed to deliver powerful, energy-efficient comfort for homes and light-duty applications. Built with advanced TruInverter™ variable-speed technology, this system continuously adjusts output to match real-time demand, maintaining precise indoor temperatures while using significantly less energy than traditional fixed-speed systems. The result is quieter operation, smoother performance, and lower monthly energy costs.
At the core of the system is next-generation R-454B refrigerant, which provides excellent heat transfer while dramatically reducing environmental impact, helping meet current and future efficiency regulations.
The air handler supports upflow, downflow, and horizontal configurations, making it ideal for attics, crawl spaces, closets, and mechanical rooms. When paired with a compatible TruInverterâ„¢ outdoor heat pump condenser, the system delivers efficient heating and cooling in all seasons.
Setup is faster and cleaner thanks to compatibility with MRCOOL® No-Vac® Quick Connect® line sets, which arrive factory-charged with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating vacuum pumps and specialized HVAC tools.
The air handler works with most third-party smart thermostats. Optional TruInverterâ„¢ electric heat kits provide added heating support for cold climates or backup operation.
