The MRCOOL® GeoCool® 24K BTU Vertical (Upflow) Two-Stage Geothermal Heat Pump (GCHPV024TGTANDR) delivers industry-leading efficiency by harnessing the stable thermal energy of the earth. Designed for vertical (upflow) installation with right return, this unit features a copper-nickel (CuNi) coil for superior corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, and includes a desuperheater for supplemental domestic water heating. Made in the USA and ENERGY STAR® Certified, the GeoCool® qualifies for the federal geothermal tax credit and other available incentives. Two-stage operation allows the system to run at reduced capacity during mild conditions and ramp to full output when needed, maximizing efficiency and comfort year-round.
