Tackling an HVAC installation yourself may seem daunting, but the 5th Generation MRCOOL® DIY® 18k BTU 22.5 SEER Ductless Heat Pump Single Zone Mini Split Condenser is built to make the process straightforward and hassle-free. This unit is perfect for heating or cooling spaces ranging from 500 to 700 sq. ft.
The 25-foot Quick Connect® line set comes already pre-charged with eco-friendly R-454B refrigerant, so you can skip the time-consuming vacuuming step. Simply connect the line set and you’re ready to go.
You can control the unit remotely using the included wireless remote, the SmartHVAC app available on Apple and Android devices, or through voice commands with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The Follow Me® feature tracks the temperature near your remote and adjusts airflow accordingly. For homes in coastal areas, the Gold Fin® condenser coating offers excellent corrosion resistance. Multiple modes including Auto, Sleep, and Timer let you enjoy customized comfort.
Backed by a 7-year compressor warranty and 5-year parts warranty, plus MRCOOL® Care Program eligibility for a comprehensive, long-lasting comfort solution.
